Hydration, Hydration, hydration.
The weather is getting hotter, and as such we need to start increasing our water intake, Just because your drinking tea of coffees doesn’t mean you are hydrating. make sure you are drinking 8-12 glasses of water every day. (that is 3-4 litres!!)
Here are some of the great benefits of hydration;
- Its Anti ageing - by drinking water you plumping your skin which allows those fine lines and wrinkles to fade away.
- it gives you energy - because your veins will be hydrated this means your heart will find it easier to push your blood around the body.
- Helps your body remove toxins.
- and helps to lubricate your joints which is brilliant while we are exercising,
So take a re-useable bottle out with you when you are walking around London, remember to take one to the gym, and put a bottle in your bag. You can always fill it up at a coffee shop. And it means you won’t have to keep buying those disposable bottles. .

One of my favourite things as a Child was taking a frozen water bottle to school, make it yummy with elderflower cordial or Lemon and put it in the freezer the night before, Then you will have an ice cold delicious drip drink throughout the day alongside your water bottle.
